AI Receptionist

You were under a sink. The call still got answered.

A missed call is usually a customer who just calls the next name on the list. This answers the ones you can't get to — nights, weekends, both hands busy — takes the message, and texts it to you before they have put their phone down. $750 a month, and your number never changes.

You still answer firstIt only picks up when you are busy, away, or it is 9pm. Answer the phone and it never gets involved.
Your number stays your numberNothing is ported and nothing is transferred. Your line works exactly as it does today.
Texted to you instantlyName, number, and what they wanted, on your phone before they have moved on.
It says it is an AIIn the first sentence, on every call. Your customers are never tricked.
What You Get

The calls that used to go to voicemail get handled instead

Most people will not leave a voicemail. They hang up and call the next business on the list. This is the difference between losing that job and getting a text with the customer's name and number in it.

  • Answers around the clock.Nights, weekends, holidays, and the middle of a job. It does not have hours.
  • Knows your business.Your services, your hours, your service area, and what you do and do not want said about pricing — loaded in from the start, not guessed at.
  • Takes a proper message.Who called, the number to reach them on, and what they actually need. Not “someone called.”
  • Texts you immediately. The message hits your phone as the call ends, so you can ring back while you are still on their list.
  • Emergencies come straight to you.Burst pipe, no heat, locked out — it recognizes it and puts the call through instead of taking a message.
  • Answers the easy ones itself. Are you open, do you cover my area, where are you — handled, so those never reach you at all.

Get It Answering
Your Phone

We never touch your phone number

This is the part business owners are right to be nervous about, so here it is plainly.

Nothing is ported

Your number stays exactly where it is

It stays with your carrier, in your name, on your bill. We do not transfer it, and we never need the login to your phone account.

  • On every sign and truckThe number on your van and your Google listing does not change.
  • You keep your carrierNo switching, no new plan, no porting request.
You ring first

It only answers what you don't

We give you a new local number, then set your phone to forward to it only when you are on another call, do not pick up, or have no signal. Your phone rings first, every time.

  • One short code on your handsetConditional forwarding — the same setting your voicemail already uses.
  • Answer and it goes awayPick up and the receptionist is never part of that call.
Fails safe

If all of it broke, your phone still rings

Everything here sits behind your existing line, never in front of it. If our side went dark tomorrow, calls would reach you exactly as they do today and you would be back to voicemail — not cut off.

  • Never the front doorWe are the fallback, so there is nothing new between you and your customers.
  • Off whenever you wantOne code on your phone removes the forwarding.
What It Won't Do

The limits, up front, before you buy it

Plenty of people sell this as a machine that runs your whole front desk. It is not one, and you would find that out in week two anyway.

  • It will not quote a price. It never invents a number or promises what a job will cost. It takes the details and you come back with a real answer.
  • It will not book the appointment. It captures what they want and when they are free, and you confirm it. Live booking is something we are building, not something we are selling you today.
  • It will not commit you to anything. No promises about arrival times, availability, or whether you are taking the job.
  • It will not call anyone.Incoming calls only. It never dials out, never chases leads, and never makes a marketing call in your name. That is a line we do not cross.

How your customers get treated

The rules it runs on, none of which are optional extras.

  • It tells them it is an AI in its first sentence, on every single call.
  • No recordings are kept. A written summary only, and it says so while they are on the line.
  • An emergency gets transferred, not walked through a list of questions first.
  • A caller who wants a human is told how to reach you, not talked in circles.
Honest by design. A customer who works out they were fooled by a robot does not call back. The disclosure is the reason this works, not a disclaimer on top of it.
How It Works

From this conversation to answering calls

One sit-down with you, then we build it. Step 3 is the only part that waits on anyone else.

  1. 01

    We Learn the Business

Your services, your hours, your service area, what you want said about pricing, and what counts as an emergency worth putting straight through. One conversation, not a form.

  2. 02

We Build It and Call It

We set the line up and ring it ourselves until it sounds right. Then you call it, as many times as you like, before a single customer ever reaches it.

  3. 03

    Carrier Approval

Business texting in the US has to be registered and approved by the phone carriers. It takes a few business days and we handle the paperwork.

  4. 04

    Forwarding On, and Listening

You put one short code into your phone and it is live. We read the first few weeks of transcripts with you and tighten what it says until it sounds like your business.

Cheaper Together

Ads that make the phone ring are worth more when it gets answered

The whole point of the website and the ads is to make your phone ring. It is a strange thing to pay for that and then let half of those calls hit voicemail at six in the evening.

Taken with everything else, the receptionist is the cheapest part of the system and the one that catches what the rest of it generates.

  • Receptionist on its own.$750 a month.
  • Receptionist and the website.$900 a month, plus the $500 build.
  • All four together.$3,000 a month, and no build fee.

The Full Geaux Package

Call it yourself before you decide anything.

We will point you at a live line so you can hear exactly what your customers would hear. No sales call and no form to fill in first.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026  •  G&W LLC d/b/a Geaux Launch — Baton Rouge, Louisiana

By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

1. Services

G&W LLC, doing business as Geaux Launch (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides the following services to business clients (“Client,” “you”):

  • Website design and development — custom design, development, copywriting, and launch.
  • Website care, domain, and hosting — recurring monthly hosting, domain registration and management, SSL, monitoring, backups, and content updates.
  • Social media management — recurring monthly content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing on Facebook and/or Instagram.
  • Google Business Profile optimization — one-time optimization of your Google Business Profile listing.
  • On-site content production — scheduled photo and video production days at your location.
  • Advertising management (Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads) — currently in development and not generally available. Pricing and terms for these services will be published before they are offered.

The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, images, copy, account access) required to complete the work. Delays caused by the Client may affect the timeline and are not the Company's responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all business information, claims, pricing, menus, and offers you ask us to publish on your behalf.

3. Domain & Hosting (Care Plan)

Our website care plan is intentionally hands-off. Where you ask us to, we will purchase and manage your domain name and hosting on your behalf, under accounts we administer, so that you are not responsible for renewals, DNS configuration, or expiring payment methods.

  • The domain belongs to you. We hold and administer it as a convenience, not as leverage.
  • Transfer on departure. If you cancel the care plan, move to another provider, or bring the work in-house, we will transfer the domain into your name or to your chosen registrar at no additional charge, and coordinate reasonably with your new provider to complete the migration and repoint records correctly.
  • After transfer. Once transferred, all renewal fees, hosting costs, and technical maintenance become your responsibility, and the Company's obligations regarding that domain and site end.
  • Non-payment. If a care plan goes unpaid, we will notify you and may suspend hosting after a reasonable cure period. We will not withhold or refuse to transfer your domain as a collection tactic, though outstanding balances remain due.

4. Recurring Monthly Services

The website care plan and social media management run on a 12-month term, billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, a one-time $50 early cancellation fee applies; that fee is the only charge for ending early, and the remaining months of the term are not owed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; service continues through that period. Partial months are not prorated or refunded — see our Refund Policy.

5. Social Media Management

For social media management, you grant us access to your Facebook and/or Instagram business accounts for the sole purpose of performing the service. You retain full ownership and administrative control of those accounts at all times and may revoke our access at any time. We act only as your agent.

We publish content in good faith based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting anything inaccurate. All content is subject to the terms and community standards of the applicable platform, and we are not responsible for platform decisions including content removal, reach limitations, account restrictions, or suspension. We do not guarantee any particular level of followers, reach, engagement, or sales.

6. Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile optimization is a one-time service. The listing remains owned and controlled by you. Google independently controls listing content, categories, verification, and placement, and may modify, reject, suspend, or remove listing information at its discretion. We do not guarantee search rankings, map pack placement, call volume, or any specific outcome.

7. On-Site Content Production

Content days are booked for a specific, agreed date. The stated price is all-inclusive for a single shoot day and includes travel to your location within our standard service area; travel outside that area may be quoted separately in advance.

  • You are responsible for providing access to the location and for obtaining any permissions, consents, or releases required to photograph or film your premises, staff, and any other individuals present.
  • Rescheduling requires reasonable advance notice. If we must cancel or reschedule for weather, equipment, or other cause, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a refund of amounts paid for the unperformed shoot.
  • You receive the delivered files with an unlimited, perpetual right to use them for your business.
  • The Company retains the right to display work produced in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Advertising Spend

If and when advertising management services become available, any management fee is separate from advertising spend. Ad spend is billed by and paid directly to the advertising platform (such as Google or Meta) using your own payment method, is not collected or held by the Company, and is not refundable by us. We do not guarantee leads, conversions, cost per result, or return on ad spend.

9. Payment Processing Exclusion

We do not build, install, or support on-site payment, checkout, or e-commerce processing. Where you need to accept payments, we will link your site to a dedicated third-party provider (such as Square, Stripe, PayPal, or your booking platform). Your relationship with that provider is governed solely by their terms, and the Company bears no responsibility or liability for transactions processed through them.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a license to use the deliverables produced for them, including website files, written content, photography, and video. The Company retains rights to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, platform tools) are subject to their respective licenses.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including lost profits, lost leads, service interruptions, third-party platform actions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Warranties & Disclaimer

We do our best to deliver high-quality work; however, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantee of business results, revenue, search placement, social reach, or advertising performance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2026  •  Geaux Launch, LLC — Baton Rouge, Louisiana

⚠️ No refunds are issued once work has started on a project. Recurring monthly services run on a 12-month term and can be cancelled at any time, with a one-time $50 fee if you cancel early. They are not refunded for the current period. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. One-Time Project Work

This section applies to website design and development, Google Business Profile optimization, and on-site content days.

All projects require a deposit prior to work beginning. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in our schedule. The deposit amount is specified in your project proposal.

2. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once Geaux Launch has commenced work — including but not limited to discovery, strategy, design, development, profile optimization, shoot preparation, or any deliverable — no refunds will be issued for any reason, including a change of mind, change in business direction, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a material breach of our written agreement.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any outstanding balance for work completed to date remains due and payable within 14 days of cancellation notice. Deliverables completed up to the cancellation point may be released upon full payment.

4. Recurring Monthly Services

This section applies to the website care plan and social media management.

  • These services run on a 12-month term, billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancelling before the 12-month term is complete incurs a one-time $50 early cancellation fee. No further months are owed.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Service continues through that period.
  • Partial months are not prorated or refunded. Monthly fees cover work scheduled and performed across the billing period.
  • Social media content already created, scheduled, or published for the current period is considered delivered.

5. Domain & Hosting on Cancellation

If we purchased and managed a domain on your behalf, the domain transfers to you at no additional charge when you cancel, as described in our Terms of Service. Registration and hosting fees already paid for the current term are not refundable, but you keep the domain and the remainder of any registration term that transfers with it.

6. On-Site Content Days

The content day fee reserves a specific date, our time, and our equipment, and includes travel to your location.

  • Rescheduling with reasonable advance notice is accommodated at no charge where our schedule allows.
  • Cancellation by the client within a short window of the scheduled date, or a shoot that cannot proceed because the location or subjects are unavailable, is not refundable.
  • If we cancel or must reschedule for weather, equipment failure, or any cause on our side, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that unperformed shoot.

7. Advertising Spend

Where advertising services are offered, advertising spend is billed by and paid directly to the advertising platform using your own payment method. We never collect, hold, or refund ad spend, and any dispute over it is between you and that platform. Management fees, where charged, follow the recurring monthly service terms above.

8. Revisions & Satisfaction

We are committed to client satisfaction. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Care plan clients receive ongoing content updates as part of the monthly fee. We will work in good faith to address reasonable requests within the agreed scope.

9. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if Geaux Launch fails to deliver any agreed-upon work after 60 days beyond the agreed delivery date, with no reasonable cause or communication. Any such refund would be limited to amounts paid for undelivered work only.
