Website Design & Development

A website that earns its keep, not just one that exists.

Every site we build is custom, mobile-first, and designed around one job: turning the people who find you into people who call you. $100 a month, $500 upfront, live in days.

What's Included

Custom built, start to finish

You're not buying a theme with your logo dropped in the corner. Every page is designed for your business, written for your customers, and built to load fast on the phone in somebody's hand.

  • Mobile-first design. Most of your visitors are on a phone. That's the screen we design for first.
  • Copywriting included. We write your service pages. You don't have to hand us finished text.
  • SEO from day one. Clean structure, fast load, structured data, and real page titles.
  • Click-to-call everywhere it counts. The path from "found you" to "calling you" is short and obvious.
  • Forms that reach you. Quote requests and contact forms land in your inbox, not a dashboard you'll never log into.
  • You own it. On a care plan we buy and hold the domain so you never touch a renewal — and if you ever leave, we transfer it straight into your name.

Typical build

Here's what a standard small-business site looks like when we're done.

  • Home page built around your strongest offer
  • Services or menu pages with real detail, not filler
  • Photo gallery of your actual work
  • Reviews & testimonials pulled forward where they convince
  • Contact / quote form plus Google Maps and hours
  • About page that makes you a person, not a vendor
$100/mo
$500 upfront, billed with your 2nd invoice — nothing due to start

What We Build

Anything & everything your business needs, except payment systems.

If you can dream it for your business, we can build it into your site. The one thing we intentionally leave off is on-site payment and checkout processing, so your website stays fast, secure, and simple to launch, and you stay out of the costs and liability that come with handling money online.

Need to take payments? No problem. We'll point you to trusted, dedicated tools (like Square, Stripe, PayPal, or your booking platform) and link them right from your site, so you get paid without the risk living on your website.

✓ Yes, we build all of this

  • Photo galleries
  • Service & pricing pages
  • Menus
  • Booking & quote requests
  • Contact forms
  • Google Maps
  • Reviews & testimonials
  • Job applications
  • Blogs & news
  • Click-to-call
  • Email capture
  • Galleries & portfolios
  • Multi-location pages

✕ The one thing we don't build

On-site payment, checkout, or e-commerce processing. We keep money off your website and connect you to secure, purpose-built payment tools instead.

For clients who engage our services, we may additionally handle:

  • Account access to your Facebook and Instagram business accounts, Google Business Profile, domain registrar, and hosting, where you have granted it so we can perform the service.
  • Business content you supply or authorize us to publish, including photos, menus, pricing, hours, staff information, and customer reviews.
  • Photography and video captured during an on-site content day, which may include images of your premises, your staff, and other individuals present.
  • Billing information necessary to invoice and collect payment. We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide our services
  • To build, host, maintain, and update your website

  • To communicate updates relevant to your project or ongoing services

3. Client Account Access

Where you grant us access to your accounts, we request only the level of access needed to perform the service, and we use it solely for that purpose. You remain the owner and administrator of your accounts and may revoke our access at any time. We do not sell, share, or use your account access for any purpose beyond the services you have engaged us for. Credentials are handled with care and are not stored in plain text or shared outside our team.

4. Photography & Video

Content produced during an on-site content day is delivered to you for your business use. We may also display that work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing not to. You are responsible for obtaining any consents or releases required from staff, customers, or other individuals appearing in the content. If someone appearing in our work wants their image removed from our portfolio, contact us and we will remove it.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers solely to operate our business and deliver your services, subject to confidentiality obligations. These include hosting and domain providers, email delivery services, social media platforms, Google, and scheduling or analytics tools. Each such provider handles your data under their own privacy terms.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain project files, content, and business records for as long as needed to provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and portfolio purposes. If you end your engagement, we return or transfer your materials as described in our Terms of Service. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026  •  G&W LLC d/b/a Geaux Launch — Baton Rouge, Louisiana

By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

1. Services

G&W LLC, doing business as Geaux Launch (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides the following services to business clients (“Client,” “you”):

  • Website design and development — custom design, development, copywriting, and launch.
  • Website care, domain, and hosting — recurring monthly hosting, domain registration and management, SSL, monitoring, backups, and content updates.
  • Social media management — recurring monthly content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing on Facebook and/or Instagram.
  • Google Business Profile optimization — one-time optimization of your Google Business Profile listing.
  • On-site content production — scheduled photo and video production days at your location.
  • Advertising management (Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads) — currently in development and not generally available. Pricing and terms for these services will be published before they are offered.

The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, images, copy, account access) required to complete the work. Delays caused by the Client may affect the timeline and are not the Company's responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all business information, claims, pricing, menus, and offers you ask us to publish on your behalf.

3. Domain & Hosting (Care Plan)

Our website care plan is intentionally hands-off. Where you ask us to, we will purchase and manage your domain name and hosting on your behalf, under accounts we administer, so that you are not responsible for renewals, DNS configuration, or expiring payment methods.

  • The domain belongs to you. We hold and administer it as a convenience, not as leverage.
  • Transfer on departure. If you cancel the care plan, move to another provider, or bring the work in-house, we will transfer the domain into your name or to your chosen registrar at no additional charge, and coordinate reasonably with your new provider to complete the migration and repoint records correctly.
  • After transfer. Once transferred, all renewal fees, hosting costs, and technical maintenance become your responsibility, and the Company's obligations regarding that domain and site end.
  • Non-payment. If a care plan goes unpaid, we will notify you and may suspend hosting after a reasonable cure period. We will not withhold or refuse to transfer your domain as a collection tactic, though outstanding balances remain due.

4. Recurring Monthly Services

The website care plan and social media management run on a 12-month term, billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, a one-time $50 early cancellation fee applies; that fee is the only charge for ending early, and the remaining months of the term are not owed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; service continues through that period. Partial months are not prorated or refunded — see our Refund Policy.

5. Social Media Management

For social media management, you grant us access to your Facebook and/or Instagram business accounts for the sole purpose of performing the service. You retain full ownership and administrative control of those accounts at all times and may revoke our access at any time. We act only as your agent.

We publish content in good faith based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting anything inaccurate. All content is subject to the terms and community standards of the applicable platform, and we are not responsible for platform decisions including content removal, reach limitations, account restrictions, or suspension. We do not guarantee any particular level of followers, reach, engagement, or sales.

6. Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile optimization is a one-time service. The listing remains owned and controlled by you. Google independently controls listing content, categories, verification, and placement, and may modify, reject, suspend, or remove listing information at its discretion. We do not guarantee search rankings, map pack placement, call volume, or any specific outcome.

7. On-Site Content Production

Content days are booked for a specific, agreed date. The stated price is all-inclusive for a single shoot day and includes travel to your location within our standard service area; travel outside that area may be quoted separately in advance.

  • You are responsible for providing access to the location and for obtaining any permissions, consents, or releases required to photograph or film your premises, staff, and any other individuals present.
  • Rescheduling requires reasonable advance notice. If we must cancel or reschedule for weather, equipment, or other cause, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a refund of amounts paid for the unperformed shoot.
  • You receive the delivered files with an unlimited, perpetual right to use them for your business.
  • The Company retains the right to display work produced in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Advertising Spend

If and when advertising management services become available, any management fee is separate from advertising spend. Ad spend is billed by and paid directly to the advertising platform (such as Google or Meta) using your own payment method, is not collected or held by the Company, and is not refundable by us. We do not guarantee leads, conversions, cost per result, or return on ad spend.

9. Payment Processing Exclusion

We do not build, install, or support on-site payment, checkout, or e-commerce processing. Where you need to accept payments, we will link your site to a dedicated third-party provider (such as Square, Stripe, PayPal, or your booking platform). Your relationship with that provider is governed solely by their terms, and the Company bears no responsibility or liability for transactions processed through them.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a license to use the deliverables produced for them, including website files, written content, photography, and video. The Company retains rights to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, platform tools) are subject to their respective licenses.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including lost profits, lost leads, service interruptions, third-party platform actions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Warranties & Disclaimer

We do our best to deliver high-quality work; however, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantee of business results, revenue, search placement, social reach, or advertising performance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2026  •  Geaux Launch, LLC — Baton Rouge, Louisiana

⚠️ No refunds are issued once work has started on a project. Recurring monthly services run on a 12-month term and can be cancelled at any time, with a one-time $50 fee if you cancel early. They are not refunded for the current period. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. One-Time Project Work

This section applies to website design and development, Google Business Profile optimization, and on-site content days.

All projects require a deposit prior to work beginning. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in our schedule. The deposit amount is specified in your project proposal.

2. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once Geaux Launch has commenced work — including but not limited to discovery, strategy, design, development, profile optimization, shoot preparation, or any deliverable — no refunds will be issued for any reason, including a change of mind, change in business direction, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a material breach of our written agreement.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any outstanding balance for work completed to date remains due and payable within 14 days of cancellation notice. Deliverables completed up to the cancellation point may be released upon full payment.

4. Recurring Monthly Services

This section applies to the website care plan and social media management.

  • These services run on a 12-month term, billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancelling before the 12-month term is complete incurs a one-time $50 early cancellation fee. No further months are owed.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Service continues through that period.
  • Partial months are not prorated or refunded. Monthly fees cover work scheduled and performed across the billing period.
  • Social media content already created, scheduled, or published for the current period is considered delivered.

5. Domain & Hosting on Cancellation

If we purchased and managed a domain on your behalf, the domain transfers to you at no additional charge when you cancel, as described in our Terms of Service. Registration and hosting fees already paid for the current term are not refundable, but you keep the domain and the remainder of any registration term that transfers with it.

6. On-Site Content Days

The content day fee reserves a specific date, our time, and our equipment, and includes travel to your location.

  • Rescheduling with reasonable advance notice is accommodated at no charge where our schedule allows.
  • Cancellation by the client within a short window of the scheduled date, or a shoot that cannot proceed because the location or subjects are unavailable, is not refundable.
  • If we cancel or must reschedule for weather, equipment failure, or any cause on our side, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that unperformed shoot.

7. Advertising Spend

Where advertising services are offered, advertising spend is billed by and paid directly to the advertising platform using your own payment method. We never collect, hold, or refund ad spend, and any dispute over it is between you and that platform. Management fees, where charged, follow the recurring monthly service terms above.

8. Revisions & Satisfaction

We are committed to client satisfaction. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Care plan clients receive ongoing content updates as part of the monthly fee. We will work in good faith to address reasonable requests within the agreed scope.

9. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if Geaux Launch fails to deliver any agreed-upon work after 60 days beyond the agreed delivery date, with no reasonable cause or communication. Any such refund would be limited to amounts paid for undelivered work only.

10. Contact
